Looking to take a workshop?

Join us for an evening that is not about creative the perfect painting, it is to slow down listen and connect with your inner artist. 

This watercolour sound bowl meditation workshop will help you relax and be one with water and colour. While you listen to the sound bath we will flow with the sound onto the paper and capture how it moves us on the page. 

We will begin with a guided breathing and grounding exercise and start the flow with gentle brushstrokes, fluid movements, and colour choices to align with how you are feeling. 

Guests will learn how the repetitive movement of water colour can help to quiet the mind and encourage creativity with no end result in mind.

We are focusing on process, not perfection.
